End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and VÄV ("Licensor", "We", "Us"), a business registered in Åland, Finland, for the use of the Factura. software application ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on a single computer system for a single business entity.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT: redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; modify or create derivative works; remove proprietary notices.

3. Data Privacy

The Software operates entirely on your local machine. No data is transmitted to VÄV, third parties, or external servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5. Limitation of Liability

VÄV IS NOT LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Accounting Disclaimer

This Software is a tool for creating invoices. It is NOT accounting software and does NOT replace professional accounting or tax advice.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland.
